The Gift Refinery Purchase/Subscription Options:
Please Note: The Annual Subscription Box Membership has now been retired as of February 2023. These terms and conditions only apply to currently subscribed Annual Subscription Box Memberships that were purchased prior to the Annual Subscription Box Retiring. Once your current Annual Subscription is complete your Annual Subscriptions will not recur. We will still continue to offer Seasonal Subscription Box Memberships as well as the One Time Box Purchase Option.
For One-Time Seasonal Box Purchases placed before the 1st day of each coinciding shipping month: March 1st , June 1st , September 1st & December 1st , the coinciding One-Time Seasonal Box Purchase for that season will be sent out on or around the 1st day of that month; For One-Time Seasonal Box Purchases placed after the 1st day of the coinciding shipping month, orders will ship within one month of successful billing, boxes subject to seasonal availability after such date. The Seasonal box that is posted in the product listing will be the One-Time Purchase Seasonal Box that is available for purchase ie: Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter. Once a season has sold out the product listing will change to the next coinciding season.
BY PURCHASING A SEASONAL OR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
For Seasonal Subscription Box Memberships placed before the 1st day of each coinciding shipping month: March 1st , June 1st , September 1st & December 1st , the coinciding subscription box for that season will be sent out on or around the 1st day of that month; For Seasonal Subscription Box Memberships placed after the 1st day of the coinciding shipping month, orders will ship within one month of successful billing, boxes subject to seasonal availability after such date. The Seasonal box that is posted in the product listing will be the Seasonal Box that is available for purchase ie: Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter. Once a season has sold out the product listing will change to the next coinciding season.

Customer will be immediately billed $379.80 CAD + Applicable Taxes (as a non-refundable purchase) Free Canadian Shipping Included. The season in which the Annual Subscription Box Membership is purchased, will coincide with the first box that is delivered. The Annual Subscription product listing will list which box is currently available for purchase. i.e. Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter Box. All Annual subscription boxes are subject to availability. When you sign up for an Annual Subscription Box Membership you will receive a box each season as aforesaid. YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED $379.80 CAD + Applicable Taxes recurring each year on the coinciding 15th day of the month as outlined in the Annual Billing Schedule below ; i.e. An order placed on June 4th, 2022, will have recurring billing dates on May 15th, 2023, May 15th, 2024, etc. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION BOX MEMBERSHIPS MUST BE CANCELLED PRIOR TO THE NEXT BILLING DATE. See Below for more details in regards to payment & shipping date.

Payment & Shipping Dates:
The season in which the One-Time box order is purchased, will coincide with the box that is delivered. The One-Time Purchase product listing will state which season's box is available for purchase. i.e Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter Box. All one-time boxes are subject to availability.
For One-Time Box Purchases placed before the 1st day of each coinciding shipping month: March 1st , June 1st , September 1st & December 1st , the coinciding One-Time Seasonal Box Purchases will be sent out on or around the 1st of that month ; For One-Time Box Purchases placed after the 1st day of the month, orders will ship within one month of successful billing, boxes subject to seasonal availability after such date.

YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED $129.95 CAD + Applicable Taxes recurring every three (3) months coinciding with the 15th day of the month of the next billing cycle; i.e. An order on June 4th will have recurring billing dates on August 15th , November 15th, etc. SEASONAL SUBSCRIPTION BOX MEMBERSHIPS MUST BE CANCELLED PRIOR TO THE NEXT BILLING DATE. See Below for more details in regards to payment & shipping date.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION BOX MEMBERSHIPS MUST BE CANCELLED PRIOR TO THE NEXT BILLING DATE. See Below for more details in regards to payment & shipping date.
For Annual Subscription Box Memberships placed before the 1st day of the month, the coinciding subscription box for that season will be sent out on or around the 1st day of that month; For Annual Subscription Box Memberships placed after the 1st day of the month, orders will ship within one month of successful billing, boxes subject to seasonal availability after such date.
If a Seasonal Box Sells Out:
For Seasonal Subscription Box Memberships, if the current season's box sells out you will still be charged the immediate seasonal subscription rate, but your first box will arrive with the next season; i.e. if you order July 4th 2022 and the TGRHelloSummer Box is sold out, you will be immediately charged the subscription rate and your first box will arrive in September as the TGRHelloFall Box. Your next billing date will follow the next season’s billing date (in this case the following season would be TGRHelloWinter and your next payment would be November 15th 2022, then February 15th, 2023 etc.).
For Annual Subscription Box Memberships, if the current season's box sells out you will still be charged the immediate annual subscription rate, but your first box will arrive with the next season; i.e. if you order July 4th 2022 and the TGRHelloSummer Box is sold out, you will be immediately charged the subscription rate and your first box will arrive in September as the TGRHelloFall Box. Your next billing date will follow the first received season’s billing date (in this case the first season would be #TGRHelloFall and your next Annual payment would be August 15th ,2023 then August 15th, 2024, etc.).

Gifting with The Gift Refinery:
Customers may purchase a gift and have the same delivered to an address other than the billing address on file. The One-Time Seasonal Box Purchase will be charged and delivered as aforesaid.
Choosing the Seasonal or Annual Subscription Box Membership will charge the cardholder as outlined above on the recurring payment dates. BY CHOOSING THIS OPTION YOU AGREE TO THE RECURRING PAYMENT SCHEDULE AS OUTLINED ABOVE.
Promo Codes:
The Gift Refinery will offer promotional codes and discounts from time to time in our sole and absolute discretion. All promotional codes or discounts will be one time only, not transferrable, not compoundable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or otherwise. Lost or missed promotional codes or discounts will not be replaced. The Gift Refinery reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate any promotional code or discount at any time in our sole and absolute discretion.
Shipping & Taxes:
The Gift Refinery is pleased to offer Free Canadian Shipping on ALL orders. We use the services of Canada Post for all orders. Please notify us if there is any issue with the delivery of your package and we will work with Canada Post to find a solution. For clarification, packages marked delivered by Canada Post will be deemed to be delivered. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Customers are solely responsible for paying all applicable sales taxes in accordance with respective Provincial rates.
Cancellation:
Seasonal and Annual Subscription Box Memberships automatically renew. You may however, cancel your Membership anytime subject to the Terms & Conditions listed above regarding Membership terms. You may cancel your membership via your account. Seasonal and Annual Subscription Box Members will be required to create an account before they are able to purchase their memberships. The Gift Refinery will prompt you to create your account before you are able to purchase. Once you have completed your purchase you are able to navigate to your account via the person icon in the top right hand corner of the website, this is located right beside the shopping bag icon. Once you have clicked into your account via the person icon you are able to view your order history on the left hand side of the screen. You can view your subscription order and manage your subscriptions by clicking into your Manage Subscription page which is located directly below the Account Details on the right side of your My Account page. You click into view details which gives you a drop down menu where you can view and edit the following:
You may also cancel your subscription by contacting hello@thegiftrefinery.ca directly for further instruction. SUBSCRIPTION BOX MEMBERSHIPS MUST BE CANCELLED PRIOR TO THE NEXT BILLING DATE.
Dispute Resolution:
Should there be any dispute arising out of the services provided by the Gift Refinery, your Subscription Membership, or any ancillary concern, you explicitly agree dispute resolution will be handled by arbitration in the Province of Ontario.
Privacy:
All Purchases will require collection of personal and billing information from the Customer; Seasonal and Annual Subscription Box Memberships will require the Customer to create an account with The Gift Refinery. By providing personal or billing information you consent to collection of same by The Gift Refinery. You may choose to opt-in or opt-out of various contact with your account. You may also request access to the personal information that has been collected.
The Gift Refinery Privacy Policy will govern any and all transfers of data, sharing and collection of information, and sharing of same. You can read said policy here.
